OVERVIEW This website is operated by BeetCore. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to BeetCore. BeetCore offers this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.
By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service", "Terms"), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink.
SECTION 1 - HEALTH AND SUPPLEMENT DISCLAIMER All products sold by BeetCore, including our beetroot supplements, are for nutritional purposes only. The statements made regarding these products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Health Canada, the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA), or the Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA). The efficacy of these products has not been confirmed by regulatory-approved research. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. You acknowledge that you are purchasing these products strictly at your own risk and liability.
SECTION 2 - ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY (STRICT) To ensure rapid global delivery, our fulfillment systems are fully automated. Once an order is placed, it is immediately routed to our international warehouses in Asia for processing and dispatch. Therefore, orders can only be canceled or modified within sixty (60) minutes of the initial transaction. Once 60 minutes have elapsed, the order enters the "Processing" phase within our logistics network and absolutely no cancellations, address changes, or modifications can be made. By completing your purchase, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to this 60-minute cancellation window.
SECTION 3 - FULFILLMENT AND INTERNATIONAL LOGISTICS We utilize a highly optimized global supply chain to offer competitive pricing. Products are dispatched directly from our global distribution centers in Asia. Please note that "Processing Time" (the time required to prepare, pack, and manifest your order, typically 2-5 business days) is strictly distinct from "Shipping Time". BeetCore shall not be held liable for any delays caused by international customs clearance processes, local postal strikes, or logistical force majeure events in the destination countries (US, CA, AU, NZ, UK).
SECTION 4 - RETURNS AND REFUNDS LIMITATIONS Due to the consumable nature of our supplements and strict international health, safety, and biosecurity regulations, we enforce a rigorous return protocol. To be eligible for a return, the item must be completely unopened, with all original factory safety seals intact. All approved returns must be shipped back, at the customer's sole expense, directly to our designated origin warehouse in Asia, regardless of the customer's location. We do not provide prepaid return labels under any circumstances. Detailed procedures are outlined in our Refund Policy.
SECTION 5 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail info@trybeetcore.com provided at the time the order was made.
SECTION 6 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY In no case shall BeetCore, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any adverse physical reactions, allergies, or health complications resulting from the use of our supplements.
SECTION 7 - GOVERNING LAW AND SEVERABILITY These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the principles of international commercial law, optimized for global e-commerce operations. In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable by a local jurisdiction, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.
