Shipping policy

1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME Please note that "Processing Time" is completely separate from "Shipping Time". Due to our automated logistics network and strict quality control protocols for nutritional supplements, all orders require a Processing Time of 2 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) before they are dispatched. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has finished processing and has been handed over to the carrier.

2. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING ORIGIN To provide you with high-quality supplements at competitive prices, BeetCore operates on a direct-to-consumer model. All orders are fulfilled and dispatched directly from our global distribution centers and international warehouses located in Asia.

3. ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES Once your order has been processed and dispatched from our international warehouses, the estimated transit times are as follows:

  • United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand: Typically 7 to 15 business days.

4. CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND IMPORT TAXES By purchasing from BeetCore, you acknowledge that you are importing goods into your respective country (US, CA, UK, AU, NZ). BeetCore is not responsible for any customs clearance delays. Any customs duties, import taxes, or local clearance fees imposed by your government or local postal service are the sole responsibility of the customer. We will not issue refunds or accept cancellations for orders delayed by customs inspections or for packages refused by the customer due to unpaid import duties.

5. ADDRESS ERRORS AND UNCLAIMED PACKAGES It is the buyer's strict responsibility to ensure the shipping address entered at checkout is 100% complete and accurate. If a package is returned to our international warehouse due to an incorrect address, an incomplete address, or if it is left unclaimed at a local post office, BeetCore reserves the right to charge a reshipment fee or deny a refund entirely. We are not liable for packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but claimed not received by the customer.

6. TRACKING UPDATES Please be aware that it may take 3 to 7 days for tracking events to populate in the carrier's system after the shipment confirmation email is sent. This is standard for international dispatch, as packages move from our fulfillment centers to the main export terminals.
