Cancellation policy

1. AUTO-RENEWAL AND RECURRING BILLING By selecting a "Subscribe & Save" or any recurring purchase option at checkout, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that your subscription has an initial and recurring payment feature. You accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation. Your payment method will be automatically charged at the regular interval you selected (e.g., every 30, 60, or 90 days) until you actively cancel your subscription.

2. STRICT CANCELLATION DEADLINE (72-HOUR NOTICE) Because our global fulfillment system operates on automated schedules to ensure you never run out of your BeetCore supplements, you must cancel or modify your subscription strictly no later than 72 hours prior to your next scheduled billing date. This 72-hour window is legally necessary to halt the automated international dispatch process.

3. LATE CANCELLATIONS AND PROCESSED ORDERS If you fail to cancel or pause your subscription before the 72-hour cutoff, your payment method will be charged, and the order will immediately enter our automated fulfillment network. Once a recurring order has been successfully billed and processed, it cannot be canceled, stopped, or refunded. The standard 60-minute cancellation window (as outlined in our Terms of Service) does not apply to automated recurring subscription charges, as these are pre-authorized by you.

4. HOW TO CANCEL OR MODIFY You retain full control over your purchase options. To cancel, pause, or modify your subscription, you must either log into your Customer Portal on our website and manage your preferences, or submit a formal cancellation request via email to info@trybeetcore.com. If requesting cancellation via email, please allow up to 3 business days for our support team to process your request.

5. NO PARTIAL REFUNDS FOR SUBSCRIPTIONS We do not offer prorated refunds or returns for subscription orders that have already been billed and dispatched due to a customer's failure to cancel within the stipulated 72-hour notice period. Unwanted subscription deliveries are subject to the same strict health, safety, and return-to-Asia shipping requirements outlined in our standard Refund and Return Policy.
