Refund policy

1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY AND HEALTH REGULATIONS Due to the consumable nature of BeetCore nutritional supplements, we strictly adhere to international health, safety, and biosecurity regulations. To be eligible for a return, your item must be strictly unused, unopened, and in the exact same condition that you received it, with all original factory safety seals perfectly intact.

If the safety seal is broken, tampered with, or if the product has been opened, we are legally prohibited from accepting the return for health and safety reasons, and your refund request will be automatically denied.

2. RETURN WINDOW You must notify us of your intent to return an eligible, unopened product within 14 days of the delivery date provided by the tracking system. After 14 days have passed since delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange under any circumstances.

3. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS (CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY) To initiate a return, you must first contact our support team at info@trybeetcore.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the exact return shipping address.

All approved returns must be shipped directly back to our global distribution centers in Asia. The customer is 100% responsible for paying all shipping costs associated with returning the item to our Asian warehouse. We do not provide prepaid return shipping labels. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Because international return shipping can be costly and requires a trackable shipping service, we highly recommend purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and refunds will only be processed upon physical receipt and inspection of the goods at our facility.

4. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS We only replace items if they arrive physically damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged parcel, you must contact us at info@trybeetcore.com within 48 hours of delivery. You must include clear, unedited photos and videos of the damaged packaging and the product itself. Failure to report damage within this 48-hour window will result in the denial of your claim, as we cannot verify if the damage occurred during transit or after delivery.

5. REFUND PROCESSING Once your return is received at our international warehouse and inspected by our quality control team to ensure the seals are intact, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 to 15 business days.

6. UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS Any packages sent back to us without prior authorization (RMA) from our support team, or packages "Refused" or marked "Return to Sender" by the customer without paying the required return international postage, will be considered forfeited and will not be eligible for a refund.
